Everything you do, say, think, or feel takes time! That’s the reality of time. We are used to budgeting our finances, but how good are we at budgeting our time?

 

Previous tip for Spring 2007/Summer 2008:

When you have a problem to solve, always start with the facts – then move to how you feel about the facts.

 

Previous tip for Winter 2007:

If you are attempting to influence, guide or change an organisation, your starting point is the person or people who have both control and influence over decision-making.

The better equipped committees are to anticipate conflict, the better equipped they are to deal with it sensitively and firmly...or even to avoid it.
